RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return any non-sale item for a credit note or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Email us at email@example.com, fill up this form and place it together with the returned item.
For your Returns to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 10 days (20 days for International Customers) from the date parcel was delivered. A credit note will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit notes issued can only be utilized in one transaction, depending on the quantity issued, any excess amount will not be refunded. Please include your invoice number and reasons for return/exchange. We try to accept all returns. All we ask is for the item to be in its original condition and packaging.
Please mail your item(s) to us via a traceable mode of postage and retain your tracking number/receipt until you have received an email confirmation from us.
We will send you a notification email once we have received and inspected your returned item. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
